Cannon Scangear issue - clip organiser

Hi
We’re using a cannon IR C2880 network scanner via M/S clip organiser to
scan images.( add clips to organiser).
Problem is normally there is a folder in clip organiser under "my
collections" called "colour network scangear".

In this case the user has a folder "scanner" but not "colour network
scangear"
Other users have the folder "colour network scangear" and this is where
the scanned images normally appear after adding (clips to organiser)
Not in this case, the scanning seems to work ok but the images are
nowhere to be seen.
Only their profile i affected. Other logins on the same pc are ok.
I’ve tried updating the software ok, but issue remains.
Also deleted scangear registry keys.
just wondering if anybody has experienced this before? Maybe there is a
registry key that is the problem.
