After loading the software for the cannon 3000f scanner I
found when I use the quick buttons on the front of it
causes the program to lock up and use 99% of cpu for the
canoscan toolbox. A program NTVDM.EXE opens and wowexec.exe
is the child program with it. If I close either of them the
cst program terminates. If I open the canoscann toolbox
from programs / cannon / canoscan toolbox I get the same
problem but if I close wowexec.exe the scanner will work
and send the file to printer or email like the button is
ment to do. Cannon feels it is a windows 2000 problem. Any
ideas or simmilar situations?
