I checked my update history and found 4 updates that showed cancelled,
however I did not cancel them and when I look in my windows temp folder I see
those updates. Do I truely have them or just half a** downloaded? Any input
is appreciated.

Are the updates listed in Add/Remove Programs?

Does the history show them successfully installed at a later date?
