Cancelled meeting notices should not delete calendar history

One thing I find annoying about Outlook's meeting notices is that if someone
cancels a recurring meeting, the cancellation wipes out my previous entries
for that event. I would like Outlook to remove future versions of the
meeting but leave instances that took place in the past.
