Run disk cleanup on your Partition, then go to the MS update site and run
the updates and it will detect and install SP2, bear in mind it will take a
long time, so don't interrupt the procedure or you will end up in

Just adding to nass's excellent advice .When installing make sure that your AAV and your Firewall is turned off. Remember to turn them back on after
