I sent an email and it has a large attachment. It is now just sitting in my
outbox and I want to cancel or delete the message from my outbox. When I try
to cancel it says it has already started sending, but it is not sending the
email and slowing down my computer.

Click File and check "Work Offline". Stop and restart Outlook. Delete the
message. Click File and uncheck "Work Offline".

Try double-clicking the email in your Outbox. Then close it and delete it. If
