Happened by this one today that may be of interest to some of you.

Canary 1.98A
"password protected program specifically designed to monitor all
computer use and Internet access. In fact, >C was initially designed for
the school environment where, in the early days of the Internet, I had
some concerns about what web sites our students were accessing. >C has
since been developed into today's 2 versions."

The "freeware unregistered version" has a nag screen and is ad
supported. You can remove these by using the free registration process.

Requirements

only run under Windows 95, 98, ME, (please note that neither version
runs under NT, XP or W2k)

Download is only 388 kb.

Enjoy!
