While surfing the web and attempting to open a chat dialog, a download pop-up
appeared saying that I needed to download specific software in order to enble
the chat. I was having severe problems with viruses and spyware so in haste
I selected the "NEVER INSTALL" option. What I now have come to realize is
that the download was for the java jvm. So now I am unable to run any java
applets etc. I have gone to java.com installed and uninstalled the automated
download at least 5x to now avail. How can i undo the "NEVER INSTALL" action
so I can load the needed software?

Sorry for the duplicate... upon clicking "Post" I received an error message
