I believe you can copy these files over for Outlook 2003.. I've done it with
Outlook XP & it worked..

Copy the files from this directory from one computer to the other:
C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

It's a hidden folder so you'll have to go under the "Tools>Folder Options"
folder in Windows Explorer & make sure that "Show hidden files and folders"
option is selected.
