Can you slow down clips for slow motion effect?

I used to use Broderbunds movieshop and you could slow down a clip. You would
have to mute the sound on the clip if you stretched it because the audio
would become distorted. Am I asking to much of MovieMaker? I might need to
go back to MovieShop if I can't do this.

Actually never mind, I just found a helpful post. The slow down half video
effect. That's cool. I was trying to stretch it rather than just selecting
this option and placing it on the clip.
