I am in a small organization where everyone has their individual Outlook
calendars. We would like to have a common calendar where all calendar
entries from each individual would display and be used as a single view of
what is going on across the organization.

I am new to Outlook and have not found an answer yet in searching through
HELP screens.

Any input would be appreciated

Do you have an Exchange server? If not, see this:

Then create a public folder Calendar and tell everyone to put items they
want everyong to see in that calendar. We do that where I work to provide a
departmental calendar.

If you have 2002, 2003 or 2007 you can make a Group Schedule and view other
Calendars.
