Can you send a powerpoint file without the speaker notes?

Susan,

The 'speaker notes' are 'within' your powerpoint file.

The easiest way to remove them is to open your presentation

File menu > save as > give the file a newname (e.g. mypres-NO-speakernotes)

Then delete any text that you have in your speaker notes.

Then re-save the presentation

There's a way to delete all the notes automatically:

Delete notes page text (or text and shapes)
