Do you have PowerPoint? Or are you using PowerPoint Viewer?
If you have PowerPoint, then probably the file is saved as a PowerPoint
Show. Open PowerPoint first, then look for the file. Next, follow John's
instruction.
If you are using PowerPoint Viewer, then you will need to do a print screen
during the slide show, then open Paint program (Start > Programs >
Accessories > Paint) and paste the screen onto Paint.
