Can you Remove Explorer from HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/init?

Hi,

We'd like our app to be the only thing you can run on our clients
HHCs.
I've tried setting Lauch50 from Explorer to OurApp.exe, but it does
not *appear* to work (HHC stops on the "Starting..." screen). It works
fine on Launch61.

Do NETCF apps require something explorer loads? Or Explorer itself?

Thanks,

James.
