How can you print a full month in Outlook 2007?

When printing a full month in Outlook 2007, I could not print February
without printing January first. Then when I went to print March, it did not
print March 30 and 31.

Calendar printing in Outlook itself is a bit limited. You might want to use
the Calendar Printing Assistant instead;
