how can you organise desktop tool bar?
I have my desktop docked in my toolbar. How can I organize the shortcuts so
they appear in the order I would like them to. I've tired renaming some of my
shortcuts but that doesn't seem to help

You can right-click any item in the list an "Sort by Name". Or, you can drag
& drop the shortcuts to sort them (in the menu itself.) In other words, you
can sort it just like you can sort the QuickLaunch bar, or the Start Menu,
etc. How long they'll stay that way is another matter, since the Desktop has
a tendency to change over time.

Thanks Gary this has been bugging me for a long time. I've tried both of your
suggestions in the past and they didn't work then...but it does now
