Usually the template contains a CreateDate field, which updates only upon
creation. If you're reusing documents, you may want a Date field, but you'd
do better to create new documents based on the template instead. Press
Alt+F9 to see which field code you have. If you don't see a field code, it's
because the field has been overwritten by plain text.
