There's no built-in setting, but Microsoft Access is highly customizable and has
far more features than Works. If you have the skills to customize Access to
look like Works, it's very doubtful that you'd want to reduce Access's feature
set. What exactly do you want Access to do in the same way as Works does it?
I'd really recommend that you learn Access instead, so that you can take
advantage of Access's RAD (rapid application development) features. Access has
a fairly steep learning curve, but it's well worth climbing if you're going to
spend much time developing or working with database applications.
