Is it possible to lose a windows update after performing
a systems restore? I ask because I scan for critical
updates and the update tool is telling me I need updates
when I have previously downloaded them . Or is it the
case the update tool is unreliable and says you need an
update even when one is already installed? Does it hurt
your PC to download an update twice?
