I am using a layout table to design a web page and want to know if you can
lock the size of the table and the cells within it so that when I type in the
text the cell and table size do not expand and the text wraps within the text
box. Hope I explained that . Please help

Table sizes are minimums if the test can not wrap in a cell
- but you can try setting your tables and cells to px width
