Is it possible to have your letters set to one text and numbers set to
another when composing/replying/etc. in outlook? If not, what is the best
font in your opinion for numbers?

What are you trying to achieve here? If your goal is to send data, then you
are better off sending it as an Excel spreadsheet attachment, or best of
all, as a pdf file....putting data and text into the body of an email
inevitably results in loss of formatting at the recipient's end....
