Can you get Business Contact Manager for Office 2007 Pro Plus?

I followed all the other emails regarding BCM for Office 2007 Pro Plus but I
have not found the download. What are my other options? And it certainly is
no need searching for it on Microsofts webpages. I have spent over an hour
and this is the closest thing I have found to addressing the issue.
