The best way to accomplish that (provided the recipient address will be
using Outlook as well) is to create a new PST, copy the Inbox to that PST,
close the PST, stop and restart Outlook, zip the PST, and send it. The
receiver can unzip the PST to the hard drive and open it in Outlook.
