I have entered all my children's school events in my Outlook 2007 calendar.
I have these events assigned to one category designated for school. Is there
a way to forward this entire category so that my husband doesn't have to
enter all this stuff also? Or do I have to forward one event at a time?

select all (use the by category view) and click forward as ical - or, if he
is also using outlook 2007, you can send my the calendar by email. Right
click on the calendar and choose Send via email.
