a connected printer with a built in fax?

I wish to be able to broadcast, by way of a distribution list created within
Outlook, a three-page flyer to local prospects. Of course this may be
accomplished manually, but need to be able to keep a Journal of activity by
prospect name as I will be sending about 100 per week to be followed up by
phone calls and face-to-face contact.

Any suggestions? Thank you,

ReBell

What version of Windows are you using? Windows XP has a fax program that can
be used with Outlook...though I can't say from personal experience that it
will work with Outlook 2007 as I only used to use it with Outlook 2003. You
may have to do some additional research on that.
