I have a movie and would like to do a video overly with
our companies logo in the lower right-hand corner of the
screen. How would I go about doing this?

Howard,

Use a custom Picture-in-Picture transition.... see the bottom of the Editing
> Video > Transitions page of my website.

In summary, you'll create your movie first, and then do a second pass to
overlay the logo. If the movie is 15 minutes long, use a 15+ minute long
clip of a still image of the logo, and overlap the two clips by the full 15
minutes, making a long transition..
