I have an old ost file from my old job's Exchange outlook. How can I now open
this in my outlook?

By logging onto your old Exchange account, of course. Not sure I understand
your question.

Assuming that computer had never connected to the Exchange server (if it
had, just follow Russ' advice and just log into the old profile), look for
the utility OST2PST which *may* work. Or it may not. If it doesn't, you
can't. If it does, well, then you have a pst and you can.
