Not sure if I explained this very well, I meant I want to know if certain
delegates are viewing my emails at times they have no reason to.

Thanks

Nick

No that I am aware of. Surely if you are posing this question there is a
trust issue? So therefore I would not let them have delegate access anyhow.

Thanks Kev, yes it is a trust issue but unfortunately its a couple of bosses
asking for acces 'in case we're off sick' but Im worried they'll look more
frequently.

More a matter of principle as my emails dont contain anything untoward.

thanks

Keep in mind that when you work for someone, email doesn't belong to you but
to the organization for whom you work and it is perfectly legal for that
organization to reserve the right to examine anyone's messages. Always write
with the presumption that someone other than the recipient will be able to
read your messages.
