Hello,
I need to know how can you change the vertical synch on an All-in-Wonder
9800Pro? I had just read an article in Maximum PC that said something about
how this setting can have an effect on frames per second. Is this true? If
so, how can I modify it. I'm running the latest version of the ATI Control
Panel, and I can't seem to find that option anywhere.
Plus, if anyone should have any other tips on how to improve frame rates I'd
appreciate it. I've already got Direct3D set all the way on performance and
still I'm getting only around 50 to 60 fps in Unreal Tournament 2004 (not
playing online). All the settings in the game are set to low also. I'd
expect better from a 9800Pro. I've considered overclocking, but I don't
know what the safe settings are for this card.
Many thanks,
Jeff
