I have an incoming outlook message the size of which is 1.27 MB. Is there a
way for me to bypass this incoming message so I can get the others behind it?
Thanks

I know of no way in Outlook. But that's not to say there isn't one.

However may I recommend a couple work arounds for your future:
Add the size column, so you can see how large an email is before you click
on its header
Create a rule which colours the headers of large emails -- I use red for
emails over 500Kb.
