How can you add music to the background when sending an email?

Correct me if Im wrong but in windows XP I could send and email with a
midi-music file playing. My quesstlion is how can I send an email via
Windows mail
with a midi playing when the email is opened

The same way you did it in Outlook Express: Insert a sound file (i.e., .wav,
..snd, .au, .aif, .aifc, .aiff, .mid, .rmi, .midi, .ra, .rm, .ram, .rmm) into
an HTML message via Format | Background | Sound.

Minor Correction Robear:
Go first to Format, then to Background, then to insert a sound file.
But yes, it is exactly the same as done in Outlook Express.
