Update to Windows XP

Microsoft Antispyware doesn't work with versions of windows before Windows
2000, at least so far.

However, all of the advice, and third-party utilities referenced at these
URL's is applicable to your Windows version, except for the Microsoft
Antispyware download. The video's are worth watching, too:
