I will need need add some words to a word document but I can not do that,
because I converted this document from a PDF File to a word file. so Could
you tell me how I can make this especific file to a word file from Acrobee(
PDF)

If you have already converted the document from PDF to Word, it should be
editable like any other.
Word has no means of converting to or from PDF files, but there is an
assortment of third party utilities available to do that.
