MM1 in XP shows each frame. MM2.1 in XP changed it to show every other
frame. MM6 in Vista went back to showing each frame, and Windows Live Movie
Maker shows each frame.
Maybe you just need to zoom closer into the timeline. The page up and down
keys zoom in and out in MM2.1.
