Can a windows 2k terminal license server host windows 2k3 licenses

's Computer Specifications

I use to have terminal server installed on win2k server but now i'm
replacing it with a win2k3 server. Can I use my existing terminal license
server that is on my DC (win2k server) to host windows terminal licenses for
terminal server that is on win 2k3. I got and error from the new terminal
server saying that it could not connect to a windows 2k3 license server.
Please help.

No, you can´t.
A Windows Server 2003 must host the License server for the TS server.
