I have three websites in my hard drive:
My Web
My Web2
My Web3

2 and 3 have the correct icon for a web site (the folder with a blue ball).
Can I move the entire My Web3 into My Web, expect it to publish, and use the
html folders in 3 from My Web?

If My Web3 is a separate web of it's own, you don't need to move it to My Web.
Simply open My Web3 in FrontPage and publish to the server.
You can publish any web name on your computer to any domain name on a server.
