Can we use IPSec to Lock Down a Server ?

Hi

Can we install ipsecpol.exe on device image? I can not
find any component that contain ipsecpol.exe? Due to the
MSBlast Worm, we are thinking to install firewall on the
device, just to limit the chance to be attacked.

If we can what is the component name?
