We are working as a team with muliple public maps (exchange server).
In principle the one who is sending the mail should mail it or drag it also
to the public map to enable others to view it. But many recipiens als store
the mail in the public map. ==> many mails are duplicated.

How can we eliminated duplicates of mails stored in public maps. (daily -
weekly - by a special program - ...)
