Can we add our shortcut in XPwin?

Hi friends I want to ask one thing

In XPwin when we open My document or any folder we see on
right side there is File and Folder Tasks and Other
places there is some shortcuts, so I want to know can I
add my any folders and Files shortcut there?

Please help me thanks bye
