Can Vista share folder with win98 under a workgroup?

I try the traditional way and it don't work. I turn off firewall.

There is a bug here indeed, it has been reported, hopefully it will be
resolved in the next CTP. I tried this myself. Some cases have reported
seeing the shared machine, but still cannot access it.

What is the error that is reported ? Please try net view <MACHINE_NAME> and
send the reported error.
