I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to open a pane, or split screen in
Mail view of Outlook 2003, to allow seeing the day's schedule? While checking
email?
I use the reading pane at the bottom, but figured it would be very handy to
open an additional pane on the left of the screen to have the daytime
schedule available for easy perusal.

You might want to consider an upgrade to Outlook 2007 which has the To-Do
Bar. Another method is to open your Calendar is a new window.
