How can I view my 2 e-mail accounts concurrently?

One of our key executives has 2 e-mail accounts; one using a professional
name and one using his legal name. Is there a way he can view the two
concurrently through Outlook without having to switch from one to the other?
If not, can he be notified when new messages come into one while he's
working on the other?
