How can I view mail threads across folders, pst files?

I would like to view complete mail threads irrespective of where the mail is
lying, in sent folder or the local pst files.

From such view I will keep the latest latest mail, which will have all mails
in mail trail. Thus it will help me reducing size of my mail box, without
loosing info.
