How can I view the HTML source code when creating an Outlook 2007 message?
This option is available in both Outlook Express and Windows Mail which are
free, but it does not appear to be available in Outlook which is paid for.

It's never been an option in Outlook when composing a message. If you need
to edit the source, do it in an HTML editor.
