Depends a lot on your account type. If the data is local to your PC and has
been deleted from the server, then you're out of luck unless you have a Remote
Desktop Connection-type application on the phone. If, however, you configure
Outlook (and the phone) to leave messages on the server, then both your phone
and Outlook should be able to see the same messages from that point forward.
