There is a video effect to rotate the movie 90, 180, 270 degrees clockwise.

Thank you again. Admittedly, I have just started to use Movie Maker. I had
a cute clip but forgot and turned my Fuji 5000 sideways. No one wants to
look a a movie sideways.

Through your suggestion, I discovered the video effect and it works. Thanks
again. I will try to read more carefully.
