How can users change passwords in a secured database?

I am new to using the wizard to secure a database and was wondering if there
is a way to give users permission to change their own password?

As the admin I can access the Tools,Security,User and Group Accounts and
click on the clear password button but then the system allows the user to
access the db without a password. I can also see how to change my own
password on the change password tab but when I log in as a different user the
tools option is not available.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

If you google this group for "change own password" (without the
quotes), you'll get hundreds of relevant hits.
