No it wont work.
You need the exact same version of win, which you dont have - we wont get
into the OEM aspect
If win was supplied with the PC, then for a replacement you would need to
contact the PC supplier/manufacturer
If the product key is on a sticker on the PC case then its 99% certain it
was supplied by the PC maker
If no disks were supplied with the PC then its likely there is a hidden
partition containg the recovery files & probably instructions on how to
create the cd's
