I want to set up security for an access application, but I want the users to
use their current windows log on. Is that possible? and if so how?

You can capture the Windows Login User name by using the code
found here:

http://www.mvps.org/access/api/api0008.htm

However, if you are thinking that Windows security can integrate with
Access ULS, then No, I do not believe this is possible. You would
have to create your custom groups and then create the users using
their network login ID.
