I have a user that uses Mozilla Thunderbird and wants it as his email client
however there are features in Outlook that allow you to do better "Mass
Emails"

I went in and assigned the user all the proper incoming and outgoing server
and it works fine until you close Outlook. When you reopen Outlook it says
welcome to Outlook do you want to create a new account. If I go to edit an
account the email account is still there. How can I disable the welcome?

Can I use both email clients if they are both IMAP?

Thanks

Sure, no problem. The issue you are experiencing is unrelated to that.

If you need help sorting out the other issue please post your Outlook setup
and configuration.
